What data we process

  • Contact form: name, e-mail, phone and message text — in order to respond to your inquiry.
  • Newsletter: e-mail address — in order to send news (based on your consent).
  • Cookies and analytics: only with consent (see below).

Cookies and consent

By default the site runs no analytics or marketing cookies — we use Google Consent Mode v2 with the default state "denied". Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and marketing tools activate only after your consent in the cookie bar. You can change your consent at any time via in the footer.

Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of our legitimate interest, or pre-contractual relations (handling your inquiry). We process the newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Processors

To operate the website and services we use the following processors:

  • WebSupport, s.r.o. — web hosting.
  • Web3Forms (Backendless Corp.) — sending and delivering forms to our e-mail.
  • Ecomail.cz s.r.o. — newsletter distribution (if subscription is active).
  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, maps and display of Google reviews; activated only within the scope of your consent.

Retention period

  • Contact form: for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and related communication, up to 24 months from the last communication.
  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribing).
  • Cookies and analytics: according to the settings of the individual tools (with Google Analytics typically up to 14 months) and only for the duration of your consent.

Your rights
